Pivotal Ridge Solutions is an ERP consulting firm based in Madison, Wisconsin. We work with small and mid-sized companies across the country on Acumatica and Microsoft Dynamics.

We implement more than one ERP, so we can recommend the one that fits. Sometimes that means a new system, sometimes a system we don't implement ourselves, and sometimes fixing the one you have.
Implementation obsessed
A system is only as good as how it was set up. We care about the details that decide whether month-end takes three days or ten: the account structure, the posting rules, the reports and the training.
Who you work with
The firm was founded by Travis Thompson, who has more than 30 years in ERP consulting. That includes more than 30 years on Microsoft Dynamics GP and NAV (now Business Central), and he has worked on Acumatica since its early years. He has a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from Upper Iowa University and started his career as an accountant. He has also stepped in as interim CFO while companies filled the role, so our work starts from how the finance team closes the books. Our consultants are hands-on: the people who scope your project do the work.

After years of rebuilding budgets in spreadsheets for clients, we built our own budgeting, forecasting and reporting software. Pivotal Insights connects to Acumatica, the Dynamics products and other ERPs.
